Transportation precautions for wind solar complementary controllers

  • by

Packaging protection aspect
Suitable packaging materials: The wind solar complementary controller should be packaged with suitable packaging materials before transportation. Generally, hard cartons can be used, and foam plastics, pearl wool and other cushioning materials can be filled inside. Foam plastic can effectively absorb shock and impact force, and prevent the controller from being damaged due to collision during transportation. For example, wrap the controller tightly in foam plastic, especially for the parts vulnerable to impact such as the corners of the controller, ensure that there is sufficient buffer protection.
Sealed packaging: The packaging should be sealed to prevent impurities such as dust and moisture from entering. For controllers with waterproof requirements, good sealed packaging can also prevent equipment damage caused by accidental contact with water (such as rainwater, accumulated water in transportation vehicles, etc.) during transportation. Sealing materials such as tape can be used to seal the openings and gaps of the packaging.

Selection and fixation of transportation vehicles
Choose the appropriate transportation vehicle: Select the appropriate transportation vehicle based on factors such as the quantity, weight, and transportation distance of the wind solar complementary controllers. If it is a small number of controllers and the transportation distance is short, small trucks or vans can be selected for transportation; If it is a bulk transportation and the transportation distance is long, it may require the use of large trucks or containers for transportation. For high-end controllers that are sensitive to vibration, if conditions permit, transport vehicles with good damping effect systems can be prioritized.
Equipment fixation: The wind solar complementary controller must be firmly fixed on the transportation vehicle. The controller can be fixed inside the carriage using ropes, steel straps, etc. to prevent it from moving during transportation. For situations where ropes are used for fixation, it is important to ensure that the rope is tied in a reasonable position, does not cause damage to the controller, and to tighten the knots. If steel strips are used for fixation, it is best to place rubber pads or other cushioning materials on the contact area between the steel strips and the controller to avoid scratching the surface of the controller.

In terms of transportation environmental conditions
Temperature control: Wind solar complementary controllers generally have a suitable working temperature range, and during transportation, it is also important to avoid situations where the temperature is too high or too low. If transported in high temperature environments, such as during summer when passing through hot areas, the controller should be avoided from Long term exposure to sunlight, as high temperatures may damage the electronic components inside the controller. Similarly, when transporting in cold environments, such as during winter, it is important to prevent performance issues with the controller due to low temperatures . If conditions permit, appropriate insulation measures can be taken, such as placing insulation materials inside the packaging.
Humidity control: Avoid transporting the controller in high humidity environments. High humidity may cause moisture inside the controller, leading to issues such as short circuits or corrosion. If passing through areas with high humidity , desiccants can be placed inside the transportation packaging to absorb moisture, while ensuring good sealing of the packaging to prevent external moisture from entering.
Prevent electromagnetic interference: During transportation, try to avoid electromagnetic interference on the controller as much as possible. Some transportation vehicles, such as large trucks, may have other electronic devices or motors that generate electromagnetic interference sources. Therefore, when placing the controller, it is necessary to maintain a certain distance from these potential sources of interference. If possible, electromagnetic shielding materials (such as metal foil) can be used to wrap the controller to reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference.
