Storage precautions for wind turbine controllers

  • by

The wind turbine controller is an important component of wind turbines, used to control the operation of wind turbines and ensure their safe and efficient power generation. When storing wind turbine controllers, the following points should be noted:
Temperature and humidity: The controller should be stored in a dry, well ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and rain. The temperature should be between -40 ℃ and+70 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 95%.
Avoid vibration and shock: The controller should be protected from strong vibration and shock to avoid affecting its performance and lifespan.
Prevent static electricity: The controller should avoid contact with static power sources to prevent damage to electronic components.
Regular inspection: During storage, the appearance, connection, and functionality of the controller should be checked regularly to ensure that it is in good condition.
Packaging and labeling: The controller should be packaged and labeled with product model, specifications, production date, expiration date, and other information.
Compliance with regulations: When storing controllers, relevant safety regulations and standards should be followed to ensure the security of the storage environment.
In summary, wind turbine controllers are high-precision and highly reliable electronic devices that require attention to environmental conditions, avoidance of vibration and impact, and prevention of static electricity during storage to ensure their performance and lifespan.
